Room with washingroom was clean. Also breakfast was always available. Near AirPort (20€ taxiride). Little shopping-centre is abt 5-6 km and possibility to order delivery-food from several different companies (30 min waiting-time). The host was very friendly and helped us in every needed time. We felt safe because there is fence and every room has its own security code. The quality with this price is more then we waited. Can reccomend easily!

Although I've never met mr. Diego in person I must say he is one of the nicest person in whole Venice! Thanks to him we have safely moved from his stay to airport. Also B&B was fantastically equipted and clean. I recommend for every traveler.

Had really early flight from Marco Polo airport. This was really close Nice addition was kitchen with food and big bathroom
