Please note that there is a EUR 30 charge for late check-in from 21:00 to 22:00. Check-in after 22:00 is not possible.Please note that all rooms are on upper floors.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.Please note that there is no place to park bicycles at the property.Bicycles are not permitted in the rooms.The damage deposit will only be requested on specific dates, such as those that coincide with Medieval or Isabel de Segura Weddings (in February of each year) or the Angel or Vaquillas Festivals (in July of each year). Please note that on these dates you will not be able to stay if you have not made the damage deposit. Damage could be considered smoking in the rooms or common spaces, more guests staying than those reserved, or access or use of the facilities by people other than those registered, material damage, bringing pets or any other type of damage.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Clean room good bathroom and shower. Bed was comfy had great nights sleep. Close enough to the center to be able to walk.

Good zone, very kind the owners even if there's no reception and all is done by message. We received very good recommendation. Very good for being the only option we found in Teruel.

Check-in process was very simple. The room and bathroom was clean. Everything as described. Location rather close to city center.
