Absolutely stunning old Castle with a large Park. Our spacious room with terrace was wonderful...with the old antique furniture... also the other rooms of the castle we could admire in a guided tour carried out by the lord of the castle, the kind and helpful host, Monsieur Loic. Unfortunately we could not understand very much because the tour was only in French... 2 days we enjoyed the french breakfast at a long table, which the owner himself has prepared with style in an amazing large room. We could have a great conversation with the other international guests, who stayed there...

The castle is in a wonderful location, the room was truly stunning. Wifi is only in the living room, which is really lucky, because you can listen to music, read, play board games or surf the internet in a wonderful room. The slightly smoky smell tells you that the fireplace is also working on cool evenings. We had our dinner in the garden, with the host's dogs watching us closely (very, very closely, but very politely). In the evening, we wandered the paths around the castle, where the dogs also accompanied us. The next morning, we took part in a short guided tour, where we learned about the castle's rooms, history, and the family's story, all told by our host with a touch of humor. The delicious breakfast was served in the dining room, which is also wonderful.

Breakfast was lovely fresh croissants / bread etc.. The host couldn't be more helpful, very lovely man. Really loved the history side of the building - like stepping back in time. It was a really lovely stay.
