Please note that check-in must be carried out by 21:30 as the reception in the main building in Piazza Duomo closes at this time.The property's restaurant is located at Via Giudicato Vecchio.A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Please note :Residenza Sveva "is located in a Limited Traffic Zone, from May to September it becomes a Pedestrian Zone.it is possible to enter for loading / unloading luggage from 7.00 to 10.00 in the morning and from 15.00 to 17.00.Parking is available in 150 meters of distancePlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Beautiful setting in the medieval Termoli. Spacious apartment with fantastic terrace. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

All four couples enjoyed their stay with this hotel. We especially enjoyed the style and decor of the rooms. All staff were friendly and approachable and the breakfast was lovely. The accompanying restaurant for our evening meal was also very enjoyable.
“Perfect place to stay in Termoli!”

This was the perfect start to my holiday. I stayed one night here in Termoli before taking the ferry next morning to the Tremiti Islands. This lovely B&B is located in the Piazza Duomo, which itself is so pretty. I walked easily from the train station, and just took my time. My room was spacious and clean, with air-conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities, and very comfortable bed. The breakfast room was just as delightful, and the buffet options included plenty of gluten-free options! Very friendly staff, I was sorry I couldn't stay longer.

A beautiful B&B in the historical center of Termoli. The room was good for a single person, with a magnificent mattress. The breakfast buffet was very very good!
