Kitchen facilities tea and coffee. Clean and comfortable rooms. English-speaking host. The living area was very nice and designed well. Water refill.

Comfortable bedrooms exactly as shown in the photos. The host was communicative and helpful. The property is very large and has a great communal space and kitchen that includes everything you could need. Two shared bathrooms which were very clean and well maintained. I didn't stay long in Termiz but it was a perfect space for the short stay, offering everything I needed.

Incredibly welcoming staff, and a very clean and comfortable place to stay. A variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance too. I would highly recommend!
