It’s a gorgeous little boutique hotel with beautiful views to the mountains and a nice little pool. Great location a short walk away from the busy Main Street and market. Comfortable bed, nice shower products and good coffee. There is a lovely rooftop cafe and a lounge for guests and I enjoyed a brilliant massage in the spa room. Mostly we loved the excellent service from Claudia and the team who could not have been more welcoming and helpful. They do everything possible to ensure you have a comfortable stay. This is a lovely place to spend a few days away from the hectic pace of Mexico City. It’s more expensive than some other options but worth it!

We stayed in Casa Naâmja for 4 nights and had an outstanding experience. The property is beautiful, it is so well kept and all of the finishing details have been well thought through. The terrace has an amazing view of the mountains. As soon as you walk in there is a tranquil energy and it is a perfect place to relax and explore the local area. The highlight of our stay simply has to be the hosts Claudia and Josué, who were outstanding and completely made the experience for us. Nothing was too much trouble. All the recommendations for local restaurants were excellent and they helped us navigate our entire stay. We felt so safe and comfortable in the area. The food on offer is also 5* with fresh organic ingredients. I would highly recommend this hotel for a 5* experience in Tepoztlan. It has to be the best around!!

I stayed at Casa Naâmja with a small group of friends for a wedding in Tepotzlan and we had an absolutely incredible time here! The place was gorgeous (even better than on the photos), and Josué and Clau went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed - and then some. The level of service was unprecedented, including the rooftop breakfast, help with transport, responsiveness, tips for Tepotzlan, etc. The rooms and outside areas are great, a small oasis in Tepotzlan.
