Stunning location, lovely pool area. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Other reviews mention children work their, they are in their teens working during the school holidays at this time of year. No issues with the staff whatsoever. They are hard working individuals. We also had a room upgrade. It is in the sticks but that's why we chose this place. Car is essential if you want to venture out.

It was a little bit of tranquility in the mountains. So peaceful and the staff were so lovely. Having the traditional food at dinner and breakfast was great, and the coffee and mountain tea were delicious!
