Exceptionally clean with modern interior. Room was good size and good facilities. Bonus cereal and jams and butter provided. Set in a lovely garden and nice quiet area.

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, self contained. Peaceful environment with beautiful gardens to stroll around. Owners Peter & Sandy were very friendly and welcoming.

A well equipped & provisioned studio with beautiful gardens. The enclosed patio was a perfect spot to relax in the evening and enjoy the gorgeous gardens with a glass of wine. Peter, Sandy & Tosca made us feel very welcome.

My parents had the most wonderful stay with Peter and Sandy. They were marvellous hosts and the gardens were absolutely amazing! Immaculate and well equipped room. Highly recommended!

Peter & Sandy were very welcoming when we arrived. Their garden was a lovely surprise & a delight to walk through. It was the first stop on our road trip & it was the perfect place for our overnight stay in Tenterfield.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Sandy and Peter made us feel very welcome, and it felt like we were catching up with old friends. The accommodation is immaculate, spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable. The property has beautiful gardens that the owners have created and that we were able to walk through and enjoy. The added bonus of having lots of chats & pats with their very friendly dog, Tosca. Will definitely be back!
