Really enjoyed our short stay in Ernest during the summer. Since coming back I have recommended this place to several people and can safely say we will definitely be coming back. locations is great, far enough away from the brewery that the noise is low and feels very private. But close enough to cover all your food and drinking needs. Plenty of amazing beers on tap! the wild flower gardens are beautiful and it has a large carpark, though we did struggle to find a spot coming back from a day out on Saturday. Lots of cool things to do nearby, I would recommend the self guided winery tour with tasting menu and sharing platter at Biddenden winery! The Spa pool was large and well kept and again felt very private with the large wood fence around it, sheltering it from the neighbours and the occasional gust of wind.
