Both staff were very lovely and welcoming, We were greeted by Sue on arrival she made sure we were happy and she looked after us. Sue puts allot of effort into her work and does a great job. Beach is on your door step Great coffee in the morning Comfy bed Simple stay Great location

Stayed here before,was comfortable.The only negative issue was when I booked it said includes breakfast,but none was available on the day.Apparently they stopped doing the breakfast. My price should have included it. That was disappointing.
