Property was clean, tidy and the proprietor was friendly and helpful. It was also well located at South Beach but an easy walk into the town via the very beautiful historic town walls. No parking as such (none of the guest-houses seemed to have private parking) but there was a very good value for money public car park nearby. Plenty of places to eat (including a very good chippy) and to buy supplies. Proprietor did not supply breakfast but the ground floor front room was a communal room where we could eat, sit and relax or play games. We made a last minute booking to this guest house from another establishment which showed a poor customer service attitude and was more expensive - are very glad we swapped.

Breakfast is not provided but there are facilities available if you want to order in. Our room was spotless as was the rest of the property and the host was very nice and friendly.

No breakfast provided but we knew this before we booked. Owner was lovely and very friendly. Location excellent for beach, bars and shops .parking close to accommodation.
