The services. She was very friendly, the service always has a personal touch to it and she was very accommodating. For the first time, I found a hotel where the bed was actually comfortable. The location was great: very near the beach and the restaurants. Excellent location. I have found my favourite hotel in my favourite place.

Jan was a great host. She has a warmth that makes every guest feel welcome. I felt known and cared for, eg, like the fact she filled my water bottle for me each day. Great location for town and beach. Comfortable room and bed with nice ensuite. Personalised cooked breakfast order every morning, alongside choice of cereal and toast. Great value. I would stay here again.

Room was lovely comfortable bed .breakfast was variety of food to choose from including cooked breakfast lovely .Jan was very pleasant & met our every need .The accommodation is 5mins from the town also 5mins from the beach .this is 2nd year we have stayed there & will do do next time .love Tenby
