The staff were excellent once I raised the issue. They were understanding, professional and worked with me to find a solution. The upgraded accommodation was a huge improvement – much more comfortable, spacious and peaceful, and it completely changed the quality of the stay. Once moved, the rest of the trip was genuinely very enjoyable and relaxing.

Really private loved all the animals walking round. Waking up to the rain was amazing! Defo visit again!
