Location for ironman was amazing ! Place was very spacious and clean Great for my partner competing in ironman. Yes there was some damp in the room but it did not smell of damp atall and there was a dehumidifier helping the situation . The most of the damp was in the bathroom where there isnt a window. Overall lovely stay and excellent location
