We had a great stay, it was like a home from home, It had everything we needed and so much more. So clean, spacious and very comfortable. Great amenities in the house. Andy was a very helpful and responsive host. We really had a wonderful time and can say it's one of the best properties we've booked on Booking.com, I would most definitely recommend.

The property was only added to booking.com a day or so before we booked it so there were no reviews to read but the price offered was unbeatable so we booked. At that price you are expecting good basic accommodation not high-end luxury and that is what we got. The accommodation has parking for two small or one large car and is more spacious than it appears from the photos. We were 4 adults and it suited us fine but there is actually only lounge seating for 4 so not sure how well 5 adults would manage. The kitchen was bigger than expected and appeared to be reasonably well equipped, I would have liked instructions for the combo-microwave but I managed to re-heat a cuppa without too much difficulty. The beds were more comfortable than I expected (though to be fair my expectations are always low on this aspect) and there were plenty of pillows and towels. The self check-in was a cinch and as we were delayed by abysmal traffic, very welcome. The location was easily found, is quiet and the village attractive - they had a pageant going on and the village was decorated with lots of flags and I wished we had time to investigate it.
