Location very good, staff helpful and friendly. Quite hotel so our sleep was good. It was great to arrive o an open pool and pool bar after a long day

Location was amazing , practical hotel that delivers on cleanliness , it was a very comfortable stay . Bonus is breakfast is included so it set us up for the day . Housekeeping were attentive and friendly everything we requested came fast .

Good location to go to ASU and close enough to the airport. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast is... ok-ish, nothing to write home about (especially in terms of choices) but it's good and well prepared.

It’s a great part of Phoenix, the university quarter and very close to the airport with parking. The staff were fabulous, particularly the front desk, so engaging and helpful. Nice pool area on the roof with a bar.
