The staff were very friendly and helpful ensuring an enjoyable stay. The general feel was welcoming and very traditional. The family rooms are great when travelling with teenagers and offered great value for money. The bed was comfy. The wifi was reliable and free. Very nice breakfast included (coffee choice is limited) which catered for dietary requirements. Overall cleanliness was very good which is an essential for me. Fans provided which were handy. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We had a good evening meal in the pub restaurant, and a few drinks outside as the sun set. The included breakfast was also nice. Our room was modern and clean and nicely decorated. we stayed as it was local to the HOO ZOO which we needed to be at early for an animal experience
