The fine print
Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.For all guests arriving at the hotel, we reserve the right to pre-authorise a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for extras. The hotel is not charging your credit card. A pre-authorisation is a security guarantee for payment only. Any excess pre-authorisation will be released on the day of departure. If you cannot provide the hotel with a credit or debit card on check-in to pre-authorise, full prepayment will be required on arrival. Once the pre-authorisation has been completed, you may charge items to your room during your stay by presenting your room key card wallet and signing for the transaction.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Restaurant very busy in the evenings and rather noisy with a number of golfing parties in. Charmaine who was on duty at Reception was welcoming friendly and went above and beyond with any query we had, she is an absolute credit to the Hotel.

This is a lovely modern hotel. The room was plain but spotless and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful and willing to go out of their way. The breakfast couldn't have been better with all the usual stuff and some extra choices and especially nice was the rye bread. The gym was well equipped and the swimming pool, sauna and steam room just right for me. This was the first hotel spa centre where the showers were really good not just the usual like warm dribble. I also enjoyed the golf practise area but didn't play the course.
