Rachel was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and plenty big enough. Our bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh. Parking was excellent outside the property. Seemed to be a safe area to walk around in the evening. In Telford town centre, Southwater, there was good restaurants and plenty of shops if needed (9am-5pm) Our short break was mainly to visit Ironbridge during the day and that was fabulous. Thankyou Rachel for making us so welcome x

The room… very spacious with lovely furniture such as winged armchairs and footstool. The outlook was great too, on to an open area of grassland with trees.

Rachel is a superb host, made me feel very welcome and settled in. The house is beautiful and the rooms are meticulously decorated. Very clean and comfortable. The area is extremely close to everything in Telford, I will be staying again for sure and highly recommend this!

A delightful and well-maintained place to stay. It offers a homely atmosphere rather than a typical hotel experience, with everything being of the highest standard. Rachel, the host, was exceptionally welcoming and kind—thank you once again. I would gladly return and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Telford.
