Very friendly staff. A big thanks to the staff members who helped me relocate my son’s ear pod in the linen outside. I didn’t catch her name but she was so helpful

The breakfast was very nice. Depending when it was last topped up would decide weather it would be hot or cold. The room was very clean, bed was a little soft for our liking but still comfortable. The shower screen does need to be a bit longer as its causing the bathroom floor to get very wet and slippery. This has been noted on booking.com review page a few times.

The restaurant staff were very busy but they handled the pressure very professionally, particularly Pete and the Lady concierge.
