The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.The hotel is not kosher.

Everything was just perfect, i stayed in the hotel for my wedding weekend and from beginning to the end everything was great, room, pool area, breakfast

The hotel itself is beautiful and a veritable landmark in Jaffa's Old City. It has been renovated mindfully and with style. The rooms are very spacious for Israeli standards nd beautifully furnished. The staff is absolutely wonderful, everywhere you go. From reception to the pool, they run around all day to make you feel at home. We were offered both an early check-in as well as a late check-out. Even when the security alarm went off at 2 am, there is a personal message to your hotel room and someone roaming the floors to make sure everyone is safe.

Loved the hotel itself and the breakfast. Staff was mostly very professional and kind. The spa was amazing, and we had really good masseuse:)
