The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 18 years. Breakfast is served in a nearby cafe. On Saturdays and holidays, take away breakfast will be served at the hotel itself. Please, note that when booking 4 rooms or more, different cancellation policies may apply. On Saturdays and Jewish holidays check in is as of 16:00 (instead of 15:00 for all other days. the parking facility at the property is limited in capacity and a parkig spot cannot be guarenteed. The parking is reserved on first-come-first serve basis upon availability. If not available the hotel will advise about possible alternative parking lots in the area.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

I was there for the second time. It is a nice small hotel in a quiet street, close to the Sheinkin. Excellent, very friendly staff open for your questions or suggestions.There is always coffee, tea and water in the lounge and small garden in front of the hotel. The hotel is clean, quietness and respect for that is the policy. You get vouchers for 3 different places to take your breakfast. All three are super nice places and serve great breakfasts. I'll come back.

The staff were incredibly helpful in every way .Big thank you to Tali, Daniel and Tamer. I didn't get the names of the other staff members . This is a very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, nice roof space with a small jacuzzi and near some lovely cafe, restaurants in the area. I'll definitely stay there next time I'm in Tel Aviv.

The nice cosy hotel is situated in a quiet street close to the Sheinkin ( and my family). It has a lobby with free good coffee and tea and a pleasant place to sit in front of the hotel. The staff is very welcoming and nice. I had a small room, a bit dark, but the bed, bathroom and the lightning were very good. Also the curtains were great! The hotel is quiet and clean. There is a roofterrace with jacuzzi which I did not use. For the breakfast you get vouchers for 3 different places closeby ( I visited Ben Ami, cafe Balfour and on saterday the hotel across the street) where they all serve a great breakfast with a variety of choices. I enjoyed my staying and hope to come back! Thank you all.
