Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. I've been to the Savoy in the past. Great little boutique hotel. Location is wonderful, area is great, walking distance to all the action along the beachfront promenade. The breakfast looked ok, but NOT for the price. No parking on location. Rooftop patio is nice. Rooms abit small but comfortable. Price was reasonable for Tel-Aviv and the hotel location. But what makes Savoy really stand out, is their Staff. Always friendly, always helpful, always professional. A BIG shoutout to both Eilan and Natalie at reception! Always willing to help with a BIG smile and positive attitude! THANK YOU BOTH!!

It was a very good hotel 15y ago, but apparently it got no renovations ever since. Its very clean, nice bed and sheets

The location was perfect - quiet but near the sea, close to bus lines. The room was modest but satisfactory, and the bed was excellent, The toileries were excellent. Breakfast was a cold buffet - sensible in the hot weather. The staff were amiable and helpful.
