Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.On Saturdays and the Jewish holidays, check-in is only possible after 18:00.Breakfast - not kosher, served in an outdoor restaurant. Location is excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were a clean and nicely styled. Coffee machine had enough capsules and a good choice which for me is super important.

Perfect hotel in the heart of Tel-Aviv. We stayed in gorgeous Terrace room with jacuzzi. Hotel rooftop is a gem. Very tasty breakfast. The staff were nice and helpful.
