The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 01 April until 31 October. The pool will be closed on Yom Kippur. Please note that the pool may be closed due to unfavorable weather conditions. Please note that the West Side Restaurant is open from 19:00 until 23:00. Please note that the gym is accessible only by adults of 18 years or older. Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is after 16:00 and check-out is at 13:00. Please note that the lounge is open from 11:00 until 19:00.

Location was perfect for us. I asked for a sea view room and got the perfect side room enjoying the sea view and Jaffa view. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Room was very spacey, shower was great. Staff was very kind and assisting!

Location is right on the beach. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. Tara at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was amazing, it was our 3rd time there and we really liked it. Would be nice to bring some new options We were upgraded to an executive room with access to the lounge. Once we arrived, we were refused because we had our one month baby and that the floor is no place for kids. Too bad because we really wanted to enjoy this facility and our baby is really quiet. But the staff had been very nice and we were offered cocktails and coupons for the spa, instead. The room is very pleasant, but the bathroom is missing some options to put the towels on, and other details. The pool area is very nice. Just one more thing, too bad that in such a huge hotel there isn't a family room to change a child and breastfeed a baby.
