Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is only possible after 16.00. On Friday, check-in is after 15:00.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This hotel boasts a highly advantageous location, situated on the second line from the coast with its gorgeous beach. You'll find an abundance of restaurants and bars just a stone's throw away. Being a smaller hotel, the walk to your room is quick and convenient. The service is superb and not at all intrusive; the staff are incredibly polite and always eager to assist. As a first-time visitor to Tel Aviv, my experience was fantastic, largely thanks to this hotel.

The staff was exceptional. Accommodating, helpful, friendly. Our flight was cancelled but they assisted us through extending our booking and getting all of our documents printed and were just supportive. Helped us to relax which was extremely important. Great location. Comfortable rooms.
