The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. Children aged 23 and younger are only allowed to check in with a parent or guardian. Please note that the rooms are cleaned every 3 days. Please note that as of 22/3/2022 for a period of 2 year the street where the property is located will be under renovation due to the underground works - it might result in noise or problem with accessibility to the property by car (so you will be able to reach by car 50 meters away from the reception desk.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Checked in an hour early, simple and fast check-in procedure, accepts cash as stated, entry by electronic keys. The room exceeded expectations, the kitchen has EVERYTHING! As well as the bathroom. Curtains are dark from the sun, the air conditioner worked perfectly. Strong wi-fi, many TV channels. Cleaning on the 3rd day - impeccable cleanliness! The street is dug up - so there is no traffic and it is quiet. A few minutes to the sea, as well as to the supermarket. For its price - excellent!
