Due to no fault of the hotel, there were roadworks with road closures, so it made drop off by my ride very difficult - we drove around in circles for 45 minutes. But the staff were very helpful, and the young woman even carried my bag up the steep staircase (there is no lift). The facilities are just superb, the rooms exquisite. I loved my balcony. Also the rooftop garden. There is great attention to little details which make this a very special hotel. I loved the proximity to the Carmel market and the beach. I also organized a massage at the hotel which was a wonderful experience.
