First of all I would like to say Big Thanks to Margarita and Polina, our personal assistants that make our holiday exceptional . They were every minute with us, making all our desires come true, starting form easiest answering all our questions, booking of restaurants and up to being with us in hospital due to urgent husband health condition. I just imagine if we were alone with the problems and all the questions - that wasn’t the best holidays , but I can reassure you won’t be regret of being in this hotel. The territory is amazing , everything is super smart , all the personal are very intelligent and helpful. We were given a better room, as a genuine travellers, thanks to Habib. My daughter was extremely happy with the Rixy club and dreaming to come back. We came when the orange blossom, and really guys from now - I am obsessed with that smell, need to find something similar to my home) The food. I like the variety and quality of the food , how clean everywhere in the kitchen, where the do omelettes or pasta of frying smth else. Big variety of meat, less fish, I don’t like pasta, but it was really nice , was trying before the daughter eats, there were 4 ala carte restaurants, Italian and international we enjoyed more than others. Amazing tennis classes, sport activities and the most important thing that the hotel is not new, but it is really keeps in a good condition, they do some new restaurants, villas, made some renovations, expanded, they are not staying 20 years ago , as just build, but they are still in a very high demand as just opened)

I loved the service provided I had the most amazing two assistants Polina and Margarita who did the best job of making me feel comfortable. They let me know the timetables, excursions, meals and arranged any trips I wanted. I loved that it was clean and the mini bar was always stocked. The staff were so happy to help and the most kind people ever. I had the best birthday week ever and would definitely stay again. The facilities were endless and the activities so much fun even for adults the cinema, gym, beach, Starbucks’s you name it they had it.
