Comfortable and homely. Great location. Big size rooms with comfortable beds. Good selection of books and games. Generously provided with hand soap, washing up liquid, washing detergent, toilet rolls, tea and coffee. Great power showers. Thoughtfully provided with leaflets on places to go and takeaway places nearby.

Good location, easy access to the town, the beaches and local shops, restaurants and bars. The house has really comfortable bedrooms, great living space, loads of books, games and puzzles for a home from home feel.

Location was good - nice quiet residential street about 5 minutes walk from Teignmouth town centre. Few minutes walk from the train station. Great property for our stay - spacious victorian house.
