An exceptionally charming house with many separate terraces and a beautiful view of the countryside. The house is on the edge of the town in a completely quiet location. I definitely recommend choosing a room with a view of the countryside (they are slightly more expensive). It is definitely worth it. The other two rooms are also very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, the cuddly cats and especially the care of the hosts Erik and Natascha. I definitely recommend it. It was an unforgettable experience.

The villa is set in an incredible landscape, with a great location and plenty of options. It’s just a 5 minute walk from the town of Teba - a beautiful place in every detail, where you’ll find everything you need: shops, restaurants, and more. The villa is also only a 25 minute drive from the white town of Ardales and 35 minutes from the famous Caminito del Rey. Surrounded by nature — with scenic rocks, fields, and chirping birds - it’s the perfect place to unwind. What truly makes this stay unforgettable are the hosts. Natascha and Erik are among the warmest and caring people we’ve met. They offer delicious, hearty breakfasts and dinners upon request, and they’re always happy to help with anything you might need. If you prefer to cook for yourself, the apartment is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare your own meals. The apartments are cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. This is definitely a place we would love to return to and one we highly recommend to others. 🥹 Ance & Davis 💌

We first visited Casa La Calera in 2011 and had a great time there. We always wanted to go back, but circumstances prevented. This year, we thought we would return, but we were worried that it wouldn't be as good. We were so wrong, La Calera is as beautiful as ever, and the new hosts Erik and Natasha just make it so much better. They are both welcoming, helpful, and considerate, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Arrival was wonderful, and we felt like we were meeting old friends Our room with 'mountain view' was spotlessly clean, cool, and well supplied. The pool area again is immaculate, and an 'honesty refrigerator' is provided stocked with alcoholic and soft drinks. It is reasonably well priced, and the wine is superb. Erik spends a lot of time keeping the pool clean, and it certainly shows. Breakfast is excellent. The fruit bowl with yoghurt was first class. Natasha allowed us to take the leftover bread, meat, cheese, and jam with us for our motorcycle trip. The whole visit was wonderful. It's a great place for touring, walking, and motorcyclists are most welcome. I can only wish this wonderful couple every success and happiness for the future.xx

Excellent location, good for access to and from Malaga Airport, Ronda, Cordoba, Seville and so many more amazing places close to. Hosts Erik and Natascha were amazing and we will definitely be back. Amazing Mountain views.
