It was clean, very comfortable and well located in Te Aroha. We enjoyed using the shared kitchen. We will be back and would recommend it to anyone staying in Te Aroha, which is a great place with good walking tracks and very good hot pool options. Overall a charming little town.

Cosy studio with a place to park your bicycle safely. We were staying one night on our two days Hauraki Rail Trail bicycle tour. The spa near by was a nice experience too.
