Location was great, bedsheets were clean, also nice chill area and kitchen. Loved the fireplace and sofas around it. Hot water system in the kitchen was great. Also the recycling bins connected to outdoor was a genius idea!

This was my first time staying in a Backpackers hostel and as a solo mature aged female was a little apprehensive but as soon as I arrived at the reception I was met with a lovely young man who booked me in and insisted on carrying my very heavy suitcase upstairs and told me to call him when I was leaving so he could take it down. I had a single room with shared bathroom. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and I found it to be very quiet. Easy walk into town and Lake front. Would not hesitate to stay here again
