Location is fantastic - very convenient for sightseeing, views out either side of the property of atmospheric streets. Customer service was excellent, a special thank you to Salome who helped me get some of my lost property sent to the hotel to be there for my arrival. There was another female receptionist who helped provide us with advice and moved us rooms when there was another issue with a leak. Also, the woman who does the cleaning and prepares the breakfast was lovely.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good too, with a nice variety ! The location was in the centre of the old town, everything was easily accessible

The staff there were absolutely great! They were very very helpful and always available. The location was great too. Very near to many famous areas. Just had to walk few miles to those places. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was really great too. Liked all the varieties of food.
