Location was the main thing - very close to shopping/transport areas like Freedom Square and also very close to the tourist areas of Old Tbilisi.

The apartment is located in a quiet inner yard of the Old City, the heart of Tbilisi, few minutes walk to the Liberty Square and Shota Rustaveli Avenue. The apartment is cozy and equipped with necessary supplies. The bedroom is spacious, the kitchenette is small, but it was enough for us to make coffee or tea, cook some breakfast. There are all necessary utilities - a stove, microwave, fridge, tableware, etc. The host, Irakli, responded immediately on my questions or requests. It is the best price-comfort balance for those who like to live in Dzveli Tbilisi and enjoy its narrow streets, old houses with beautiful balconies, coffee shops, etc.

The location is very close to the main attractions. Host is very friendly. I had to leave before my wife and the host let my wife check out late without extra charge. Will stay again. Free wi-fi

Being right behind city walls it was so convenient. It is located in a very old building so gave a real feeling of absorption in the authentic times. Had enough kitchen utensils for a'few days in the city if you want to cook. Good hot showers and bed was comfortable.
