- the lady waited for us until 23h, so she could personally show us the room. - the flat is great, with all the utilities you need. - you have shops besides the apartment building. Great location if you arrive from Yerevan with minibus to Isani Mall. - but its also the small things: AC works great, the doors are soundproof, you get all the codes in advance. - BUT the winner of them all is a giant terrace (the rooms are at the top floor). Great way to have a coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening with a view of all Tbilisi.

Fabulous place, super clean nice and tidy. And with an excellent terrace view of the city, which was particularly great during the new years fireworks! Highly recommend!

It was an amazing experience! It was a self-service setup, similar to Airbnb, but the host made all the difference. From the moment I booked, she was super nice and incredibly helpful, ensuring that everything was perfect for the stay. The instructions for check-in were clear, and the place was spotless and cozy. What made it even better was the host's thoughtfulness she allowed a late checkout, which was a huge plus and made the stay even more comfortable. Felt like she genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience, and her communication was quick and friendly throughout.

Hotel is very clean and city wiew was perfect. Hotel has a big terrace and nice tbilisi wiew. Price is very good. Service is very good. The hotel owner Smiley Lady was very kind. İt is very close to the isani metro station. Bus stop is like a door step. Thanks Hotel Babi. Near the isani mall. Very good place to shopping, markets and everything.
