This place is in a great position, less than 4 minutes from Avlabari Metro, a meeting point for tours. My room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Host Nikolas was excellent. Great value & recommended!

Nice comfortable immaculately clean room with modern amenities and great bathroom. Air con worked very well which was needed in summer in Tbilisi. Quiet street location and only 4 or 5 minutes walk to Avlabari metro station and another 5 to 10 into the heart of the old town. Recommended

Quiet, clean and cozy. Very cut and calm residential area, close to the old city. Plenty of sweet cats everywhere. The host was discret and modest: I definitely recommend this place. A spoon inside the glass might be perfect.
