Excellent location tucked away in an old street just behind the Georgian Parliament and museums. Looks a little unpromising from the outside at first but once inside it's quite grand really - our room was big, spacious with all the facilities you'd wish for. Some great old wooden furniture.

The room is very comfortable and big, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the views. It’s well-equipped and has everything you need. The hosts were so helpful and allowed me to leave my luggage with them as my flight was only later in the evening

We stayed there twice. Very nice hosts. Despite language barrier they took every effort to make our stay very comfortable. The place is located at about 8 -10 mins walk from freedom square. They happily accommodated us when we checked in early and also once when we wanted to leave some luggage with them during our Kakheti tour. They have great old furniture. The rooms were big, toilets were v clean.
