Good accommodation with its own entrance, a few dozen meters away there are shops and restaurants, a public transport stop is right next to the house. If someone wants to bring a gift for their dog or cat, there is a pet food shop right next to the house. :-) Peaceful, quiet location. It is about a ten or fifteen minute walk to the center.

My recent stay at Trip Spirit in Tbilisi was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Guest Room itself was well-maintained, clean, charming, conveniently located but what truly made my experience exceptional was the incredible hospitality of the host 'Olga'. She greeted me on my arrival with genuine kindness and made me feel instantly at home. I was particularly impressed by her cooperative nature when I requested her to keep my luggage with her since I decided to visit Batumi for 3 days. She accepted and I moved with one back pack only. I earlier booked the room for two days but due to Olga's exceptional service, comfortable stay, availability of all small to small amenities, the quiet atmosphere, the efficient Wi-Fi, I stayed there for five days. Overall, my stay at Trip Spirit was incredibly comfortable and truly memorable. Thanks to the kind, helpful, and cooperative nature of the host. I highly recommend this Guest Room to anyone visiting Tbilisi and looking for a welcoming and enjoyable experience. I will certainly be choosing Trip Spirit again on my next visit.

Very hospitable and caring host, the place is tiny, but perfect for short-term staying, everything that might might be needed in a trip is available (and even a little bit more — such small things like toothbrushes or slippers even if you don't really use them make you feel like you were warmly expected). Area is nice, shops are 2-minutes walking, old town. Perfect for one person. For two is also okay, if you're close friends or couple.
