We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this charming, small family-run hotel in the heart of Tbilisi’s Old Town. The location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing – everything is within walking distance, and there are plenty of lovely cafés nearby serving delicious breakfasts. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond at every stage of our visit – they arranged our airport pickup and drop-off, helped us reserve a restaurant table, and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel very welcome. We also highly recommend trying nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner – the area is full of great options, with one you should definitely try "Racha". Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice if you want a cozy, well-located place with truly excellent service. We would definitely stay here again!
