We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel has a very central and convenient location, making it easy to get around Tbilisi. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and smiling, which made the experience even better. The breakfast food was good, even if the selection was not very large. Complimentary bottles of water were provided every day, which was appreciated. We stayed in a suite, and the view from the room was very impressive. The hotel was also quite quiet when the windows were closed. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Helpful and friendly staff. The hotel looks new and very clean. Modern but cozy design. Nice terraces on the ground floor and rooftop. Good breakfast. Very good executive room with a bath and a view balcony.

Great hotel, I had a very pleasant stay. First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to the receptionist who checked me in around 8:00 in the morning. He was very kind and helpful. We communicated through a translator because I don’t speak English or Georgian, and he patiently explained everything and helped me with the check-in. I’m very grateful to him — it meant a lot after a long trip. The hotel itself is very beautiful, smells nice, and feels cozy and well maintained. My room was very lovely with a beautiful view, and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast area is very nice and pleasant. There was a good variety of food, and you can find something for any taste. The price is also very good for this level of comfort — you really rest well here and feel like a human again after traveling.

Location was excellent for sights in the Old Town. Superb views from the room terrace. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly.
