Spa facilities were amazing, really good Sauna and steam room, the pools were very nice too. Room had a nice view of the city and had a very good AC. Location is great just a 10 min walk to nearest metro and there is a spar across the road. Overall quite nice.

We had the pleasure of staying at Ramada and were absolutely delighted with our experience. The hotel itself was outstanding, while the level of service went far beyond our expectations. Every member of the staff demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine willingness to assist, which made our stay truly enjoyable and comfortable. We would especially like to extend our gratitude to the reception team for their warm hospitality and continuous support throughout our stay. In particular, we would like to recognize Ruza at the reception, Lado, the bellboy, a young gentleman from the reception team who was exceptionally helpful, as well as a young lady at the reception who arranged our check-in quickly and efficiently. Their professionalism, courtesy, and sincere kindness left us with a lasting and very positive impression. We are deeply thankful to the entire reception team for their excellent service and assistance. Our stay at Ramada was an absolute pleasure, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. The pool and facilities really added to our stay. The rooms are very clean and pleasant and the balcony added to the good atmosphere.
