The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and tried to assist where they could. This hotel is also in an excellent location. Overall a nice hotel but needs some attention to detail.

Great stay in the center of Tbilisi, with many tourist attractions nearby. There is a restaurant with nice food, and hotel guests receive a 10% discount. The staff at the counter were all extremely helpful and very friendly. Highly recommended!
