The receptionist Ioanna was very cooperative and respectful and tried as much as she could to provide me with a room to extend my stay for two more nights and I thank her for that. In the next morning I met the receptionist Giorgi Saralidze and i told him about the situation and within 5 minutes he provided me with a suite room for me and my family and he made a commendable effort to help me and was very cooperative and I thank him very much. Do not hesitate to contact Loanna and Gerogi, they are always ready to serve you. Also Lisa is cheerful and always smiling and helpful.

Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched.
