We enjoyed our stay. Sally, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, close to all the tourist attractions.

The staff were excellent! Right from the security guards who were helpful to take my luggage. Very affable and professional. One the first day, I opted for an upgrade but had to move to the previously booked room the next day. As my room was not ready, the manager Gvantsa upgraded me to a bigger room free of charge. Lisa, the receptionist was also so helpful and approachable. As a team, they work to exceed your expectation. Location is excellent right next to the clock and famous landmarks and good shopping destinations. The place is clean and neat. Breakfast was also excellent with many options. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

Locations was perfect. Close to the old town and the city. There is a well established tour agents in front of the building. They did some really good tours. The service at reception was always with a smile and they were always flexible. They also provide free bottled water on request. There was 2 young girls and I think the female manager who were exceptional, there was also a young lad with short thick black hair who called and booked a spa for me. It was just so easy and I would come back. My room was also on the quiet side.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, the hotel is exceptionally quiet, in the middle of the city but isolated from the orban atmosphere, the lobby has it's own charm and the staff is very welcoming and kind. Rooms are big and well equipped, breakfast is rich and tasty.
