The host was very nice and kind, there was even a good breakfast included in the morning, nice dogs around the garden, a cozy environment with A/C refreshing the room at night. Recommend in Tiblisi

It’s a cozy place, really well-located and maintained. Close to touristic areas. Clean bed sheets, towels and flip-flops.
