Everything was great. Comfortable beds, Rooms are well equipped with fridge and AC. Marina the hosts, is really helpful, she even helped to get transportation to Armenia.

The property is close to a lot of the main tourist attractions and was easy to locate. Very tidy and the hosts let us check in slightly early as well which was much appreciated.

This B&B is located in a great location just 5 mins walk from the bathhouses but is still very quiet. The Russian husband and wife don't speak much English but they're really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, very clean and very comfortable for absolutely great value.

Well located to walk to all the tourist sites. Breakfast very good with wide and varied selection changing daily. Marina was very friendly, although not always available on the premises. En-suite bathroom very comfortable.
