The hotel provided a very clean and comfortable place, very good wifi, every thing was perfect. I'd note that the elevator is very slow and the breakfast would've been better if there was more variation in the meals provided.

The hotel is very clean, the room is very comfortable and of a very suitable size, and they pay attention to the smallest details. It's also great that there is a bidet in the bathroom. The breakfast at the hotel is considered good. Honestly, I cannot forget to thank all the hotel staff, especially the reception staff, as their treatment is very elegant and they are really cooperative.

- Big and comfortable rooms, good internet connection, and nice view (we were on the 8th floor). - Breakfast was good and staff was helpful, especially the cleaning ladies and the lady on reception. Check-in went smoothly and they even let us in earlier. - Off course you shouldn't expect luxury here, it's not 5 star hotel and it's also not new. Some things were missing or not working in our rooms, but nothing critical. Our "two bedroom suite" was actually two rooms joined, with two separate door numbers and keys. And one room was in better condition than the other. It's not a problem, just something surprising. - As for the busy elevators, it was not as bad as it sounds from other comments, at most we had to wait for few minutes. Maybe we were just lucky.

Hotel has a very good location in the center of Tbilisi, every necessary things was really close to us. Cleanliness was good and staff were friendly, breakfest itself was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed our stay!
