The hotel is walking distance from the old city and it has amazing views, its on a hill, we received a free upgrade and a room with balcony/city view. The staff was extremely helpful and very well English speaking there was no problem with receiving an invoice and calling a cheap taxi in the middle of the night to get to the airport (20 min from the hotel). The receptionist escorted us to the taxi to make sure everything is ok . The room is very clean and comfy, with wi-fi and everything you need, fridge and coffee and tea. It's also very nice stylish furnished with natural materials (wooden doors and old style furniture, marble in bathroom) and it's a beautiful building in general. We also went to the roof restaurant, which is a bit pricey but has also amazing views and good service and large choice of meals including Georgian specialities. We did not have breakfast as we left too early. In general- good deal for the price and a very nice place for a city break, with a romantic vibe. You just must close windows at night because you can hear the city vibrating down hill, even though the hotel is not close to a big road (which is nice- no pollution and you have fresh air ).

The location is superb; the best at which I have stayed during my many visits to Tbilisi. The hotel is a beautiful old building with excellent views over the old and the new city. There is also an excellent restaurant with the best possible view.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the city center and with a beautiful view. People with limited mobility should be aware that the road slopes down towards the bridge/city center, and on the way back, you have to climb a small hill. It gets quite hot in Tbilisi in the summer, so we were very grateful for the well-functioning air conditioning.
