Great staff, excellent location, the place was clean and had all everything necessary available. That is: hot water, fridge, washing machine, internet and a small kitchen. The place was definitely worth the price. The area is also a bit outside the super-tourist area, so you get a good vibe of real Tbilisi with beautiful old houses and nice markets etc. The street is quiet and everything is safe. I enjoyed my stay - thank you.

The cheapest private room in Tbilisi but a very comfortable place to stay. It's even better than other cheap hotel rooms in my opinion. Nice people. Very good location. Close to the main street, bank, supermarkets, metro, etc. The rooms, kitchen, bathrooms are all well equipped. Very clean. I will come back to stay here again!

A nice start to Georgia, a clean and comfortable place to stay. Good location and good price. Parisia from Iran is very nice and friendly. Kitchen and common area a little too small. Everything else is fine here. Nice people here. Tbilisi is really nice city.
